Holly-ann Martin

Holly-ann Martin

Holly-ann Martin is a consultant specialising in Protective Behaviours Education.  Her experience spans twenty-one years with the WA Education Department in a variety of school settings including special schools, education support centres, mainstream schools and schools with high indigenous population.

Holly-ann’s passion for Protective Behaviours has led her to develop a comprehensive range of resources to complement her fun, practical methods of teaching.  They have been developed out of a need for functional, customised tools for teachers to deliver the essential Protective Behaviours concepts to children of all developmental abilities.

The intuitive nature of the resources makes them accessible to anyone wanting to address Protective Behaviours with children, including parents and carers, and the broad range of topics covered is intended to teach children multi-faceted strategies for protecting themselves.

Currently working in a Language Development Centre, Holly-ann divides her time between consulting for various Western Australian government departments and providing specialised training for parents and teachers, as she continues to revise and streamline her training and resources to meet the needs of teachers, parents and children.
